Ohio Veterans First (OVF) was founded in August of 2025 with an emphasis on assisting veterans with support services throughout the State of Ohio. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization comprised of veterans and member volunteers registered with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and the Ohio Secretary of State. We are located in Logan, Ohio between Columbus and Athens.

• To Connect veterans with resources that promote healing and mental health services through a variety of services

• To Assist with connecting the veteran to adaptive home modifications (VA HISA - Home Improvement Structural Alteration grant application assistance) supporting self-sufficiency

​

• To Connect the veteran with employment opportunities that meet their qualifications or assist them with career guidance

​

• To Assist with connecting the veteran to community reintegration services after discharge from military service

​

​We serve veterans who are honorably discharged or of equivalent discharge status and

Gold Star Families.
